Terms & Conditions Padu333 – Malaysia Platform Usage Policy

To register and use padu333's services, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old on the account registration date.
• Residing in or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where the use of padu333 is permitted by law.
• Has never been declared bankrupt or is currently subject to insolvency proceedings.
• Is not currently prohibited from gambling activities for any reason, including any prior restrictions imposed by padu333 itself.
• Registering under your own name and not on behalf of any other individual or entity.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full name, active mobile number, date of birth, and payment method details. padu333 reserves the right to verify this information at any time and to request supporting documents such as a copy of your MyKad or other valid identification.

Padu333 does not accept registrations from individuals acting as agents, intermediaries, or representatives for third parties for betting purposes. All betting activities must be conducted personally by the registered account holder.

Padu333 supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods, all processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM):

• eWallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Instant Bank Transfer: DuitNow

• All confirmed bets are final and cannot be cancelled except under circumstances specifically stated in these terms.
• If a match is postponed and does not resume within the stipulated period 36 hours from the scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes fully refunded.
• For live betting, any bet accepted and confirmed before an in-game event (goal, red card, etc.) occurs but after that event has already taken place on the field will be voided and the stake refunded, should padu333 determine that there was a delay between the actual event and the bet being processed.
• Padu333 reserves the right to cancel, reduce, or adjust odds on accepted bets resulting from technical errors or human errors that clearly deviate from the prevailing market value.
• Syndicate betting involving a single person acting as a group with the intent of exploiting odds differences across platforms is prohibited and will result in account suspension.

For Malaysia Super League matches, padu333 uses official results from the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM) to settle bets. For international leagues, official sources recognised by the relevant sports governing body are used.

The casino and slots section of padu333 operates using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international auditing bodies to ensure genuine fairness and randomness. padu333 does not modify or manipulate the RNG of games provided by licensed game suppliers.

• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to the user's own negligence.
• Indirect, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the padu333 platform.

In the event of a technical failure that affects the integrity of a match or game session, padu333 reserves the right to void the relevant bets and refund the amounts to users as a fair resolution.

Padu333 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Registered members will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, unless the changes are required immediately for legal or security reasons.

Continued use of the padu333 platform after any changes to these terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to proceed with account closure and withdrawal of any eligible balance.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where padu333 operates. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through negotiation shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with mutually agreed rules.
